I created an audio track as a response for a poster by Japanese artist Tadanori Yokoo in 2009 as part of a Visual Music Collaboration working with Nora Krug and Ernesto Klar at Parsons.

This project was concerned with exploring the concept of alternate cartography; specifically audio. I curated field recordings and interviews around the Neighborhoods of Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Bushwick in northern Brooklyn. I then created a “portrait” of the three neighborhoods be assembling the audio into a montage of the audio that takes the listener through the neighborhoods.

Presenting Thesis Mid Term today. Alpha test is also in progress. I have gotten some great feedback so far. Only a couple of minor (IE related) bugs.
